NaI(Tl) scintillators are available with either a circular or square cross-section and housed in rugged, hermetically sealed aluminium or titanium windowed cylinders. Sizes up to 125mm Diameter by 100mm Thicknesses are available.

NaI(Tl) scintillators are available in a wide range of ‘standard sizes’ as listed here. These NaI(Tl) scintillator products feature circular cross-section scintillator crystal and are of a ‘rim-less’ format. Each variant can be supplied with a ‘rim’ to aid and facilitate interfacing to a detector. The rimmed variants are designated with an R, for example the first item would be designated as ASC1101-R-01.

L = Length
D = Diameter along length of housing
D1 = Diameter at sealing flange

Other dimensions are possible and can be made to order.

In addition square cross-section crystals can be supplied in these housings.
